Experience
Vicky has three (3) years of experience in working in Deheng Law Firm Beijing Office in China and assisting with advising on foreign investment into China, which included negotiating, drafting and reviewing the consortium agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
During her previous stint with Wilberforce TJC Law Corporation (previously known as TJ Cheng Law Corporation), Vicky had worked closely with legal counsels from Taiwan and China to assist Singapore lawyers in intellectual property rights projection, corporate advisory and regulatory matters. She also has experience working together with and assisting Singapore lawyers in a number of cross-border commercial disputes involving parties from Singapore and China.
With her knowledge of the legal industry, she now assists the firm with various business development initiatives.
