On 25 October 2026, Mr. Cheng Tim Jin, Founder and Director of Wilberforce TJC Law Corporation, was invited to speak at the Fong Clan General Association on “Planning Ahead with Care: Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney”. His talk highlighted the importance of early estate planning, explaining how Wills provide for the distribution of assets and how Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) allow individuals to appoint trusted persons to manage their affairs and make decisions on their behalf if they become unable to do so themselves.
The session covered key considerations when drafting a Will, distributing assets, and appointing trusted persons under an LPA.
