Peter advises on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring and securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), ranging from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies. His areas of expertise also include intellectual property, data privacy and maritime law.

Previously, Peter worked in senior legal and compliance positions in the transportation industry, including Maersk. He has also served as a director of a listed company.

Peter’s transaction experience include:

  • Advised on USD 1bn Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical acquisition involving business operations in 50 jurisdictions for U.S. investment bank
  • Advised on complex ship lease design and termination for global container shipping company
  • Advised on multiple cross-border acquisitions in maritime, natural resources and pharmaceutical sectors, including due diligence and deal structure aspects
